In an emergency our professionals respond to your system’s alarm within 45 seconds as required by Underwriters Laboratories. For home security monitoring, we’ll call to check on you and check for false alarms. We’ll even stay on the line until help arrives. If you can’t be reached, we’ll dispatch help and then call another family member or individual you designate as backup. This is especially useful if you travel a good deal or have a vacation home.
